We are not shareholders, so have not received information from the share registry about this and did not have a chance to check with the registry on Friday, so this is our understanding of how this would work, so we could be wrong. However, the distribution of MYR shares to PMV shareholders is considered a return of capital, and with the total value of the in-specie distribution approximately A$1.03 billion and they distributed approximately 890.5 million MYR shares, dividing the value over the number of shares gets a cost base of $1.16.
