We have an SMSF which had shares in IVC. The takeover, in our case, was by means of Scrip - being 38756 shares in Eternal Aus Holdco - Class B Shares (EAHB) (1) For tax purposes we need to know the MARKET VALUE of those shares as at 30 June 2024 (2) are they still held intrust by Pacific Custodians (3) how those shares can be traded (4) and where we can access relevant information from time to time.
