What is your view on FID?
Hi David,
Diversified financial group FID has enjoyed a strong run in 2024 but unlike the banks its run out of steam since a sharp spike higher after its Annual Report last month – revenue of $80.8m was up 10% YoY, while EPS of 48c was up from 39c YoY.
However, ~30% of the pullback was down to the stocks 21.1c fully franked dividend with the stock forecast to yield ~4.9% ff over the next 12-months. We are 50/50 on its next 10-15% move.
