If we are hearing the most current news possible and the price is rallying from a tight range around $1.50, and trading around $1.66 (at time of writing) what would cause you to actually take a position? A very topical question! As you know we are holding 14.5% in cash in our MM Active Growth Portfolio which has us firmly in “Buy Mode”. We are currently evaluating where we want to put some of this extra money to work bearing in mind we do have 4-5% earmarked for Goodman Group (GMG) back around $30 which looks a strong possibility. As discussed earlier this week we are keen on the Healthcare Sector and HLS is our top pick at current levels, given their balance sheet now looks to be on the improve.
We will let markets digest Jerome Powell’s speech from Jackson Hole over the weekend before finalising our decision next week on HLS.
