What are your thoughts re the EOS share purchase plan? With their recent contracts with Europe and the strong demand from institutions for its equity raising, it seems that the company is finally being recognised for its potential. Thanks!

We think they made the right call to raise equity and pay down debt after the share price had popped. This improves their financial capacity and hopefully, enables them to execute on the opportunity they have in front of them, though with the SPP at $1.70 vs current share price of $1.57, it does not make a lot of sense to participate. More generally, we would be cautious of going into any equity raise after the stock price has rallied so much in a short space of time.
