What are MM’s current thoughts on ABG/ASK and NSR?
Are ABG/ASK and NSR looking value at their current price. I have noticed they have fallen quite a lot especially the demergered ABG and ASK. Thanks Shane

We obviously agree with your thoughts having bought National Storage (NSR) this week for our Flagship Growth Portfolio.
While we also think Abacus Group (ABG) and Abacus Storage (ASK) look good value (both reported on Friday), we would rather invest in what we perceive to be the quality player at this stage of the cycle i.e. NSR that has been dragged lower by the move made by Abacus. Between the 2 Abacus entities, we prefer ASK.
