Vysarn (VYS) is an engineering contracting firm focussed on various water needs for various projects across mining, agriculture and utilities. They aim to provide water efficient and environmentally friendly solutions to their clients, and they have had great success in doing so, recently upgrading guidance.
While providing such a specific offering can support margins for contracting firms, it does also increase the risk around earnings which tend to be lumpy and often unpredictable. In our view it would make sense for a larger contractor to make a play at Vysarn to build out their offering to clients.
