Hi Malcom,
The MM Active Income Fund is structured as a separately managed account (SMA) which means the investor has exposure to the underlying securities and receives the income whenever the positions pay it. Investors can elect to receive those dividends when received into the portfolio, i.e. a passthrough, or better still, set up an automated withdrawal on a monthly, quarterly or whatever basis, and be paid a regular return from the portfolio.
For more information on the Funds, we held a webinar 6 months ago – Recording Here – that runs through the platform in more detail.
