I was trying to send a question to James but my email cut out . Perhaps too wordy. It was seeking advice to sell ESS or wait for the formal offer. New investors are buying in a little higher than the 50 cents being offered. I was wondering why. Thanks as usual. Brian

We aren’t very close to this WA based $134mn explorer/developer which traded between 50c and 50.5c on Friday but we can only assume that some people believe that Tianqi Lithium Energy Australia (TLEA) might be forced to up its 50c, $134mn bid.
After some preliminary reading, we feel it’s a good deal that will probably go ahead but traders who buy at 50.25c have little downside i.e. it’s almost a free trade/arbitrage if they agree with MM’s thoughts.
