It is focused on the on the development of its 100%-owned battery minerals project, the Mount Peake Vanadium-Titanium-Iron Project (Mount Peake Project) in the Northern Territory, Australia. The Mount Peake Project is the Company’s flagship project located approximately 235 kilometer (km) north-west of Alice Springs. The Mount Peake Project produces a suite of products for global markets, including vanadium pentoxide, titanium dioxide pigment, and iron ore fines. The Company is developing a fully-integrated single mining and processing operation to produce three products for export-vanadium pentoxide, titanium dioxide pigment and iron oxide. through the application of a technology, known as the TIVAN Process. Its joint venture project is Cawse Extended Project which is located approximately 65 km North West of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia.
