Does MM think BHP & SFR are buys for battery metals?
Hi James, Shawn and Team Well BHP and OZL certainly stirred the pot this morning ! So is SFR the next copper play or is BHP the preferred "go to" stock for Cu and Ni exposure? Thanks, JanP

Hi Jan,
We would choose IGO around current levels as our preferred nickel / battery metals play.
As for outright copper we probably would still say OZ Minerals (OZL) as we can see BHP ultimately paying up to $30 to successfully takeover the company i.e. still another 17% upside and why we held over half of our position following BHP’s initial bid.
