Hi Paul,
Sophisticated investors can participate through a broker if that broker has access to the deal, so this is on a case by case basis. Through Shaw & Partners, we had access to the ANZ institutional shortfall however this is not always the case. You can of course open an account with Harry & I at Shaw to participate in future deals if they are available – we’d love to have you on board!
