Aberdeen Total Dynamic Dividend Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's principal investment objective is to seek high current dividend income primarily in equity securities. The Fund focuses on long-term growth of capital as a secondary investment objective. The Fund expects to invest at least 80% of its net assets plus amounts borrowed for investment purposes in the equity securities of domestic and foreign corporations that pay dividends.
