Hi Tony,
A very well timed question on NRW following their AGM on Thursday, we also made some comments in the afternoon report that day which hold true this morning. The mining & civil construction services company rallied over 8% after reconfirming guidance and saying its order book is expected to grow to at least $4.4bn. Labour is still a challenge in the industry, as it is across many sectors, but the stocks very cheap only trading on around 8x FY22 earnings while yielding over 6%, its been a tough road but we feel the stock should be at least 15-20% higher i.e. if we had no position we would be a buyer!
