Business Summary

Energy World Corporation Ltd is an Australia-based energy company. The Company is primarily engaged in the production and sale of power and natural gas and liquefied natural gas (LNG). The Company operates through four segments: oil and gas in Australia, power in Australia, oil and gas in Indonesia, power in Indonesia and project development. The Company’s projects are located in Philippines, Indonesia and Australia. Its Philippines projects are located in Pagbilao Island, in the Quezon Province, approximately 90 kilometers South East of Manilla, which include Pagbilao Power, LNG Hub Terminal and 650 megawatt (MW) Combined Cycle Gas Fired Power Plant. Its Indonesia projects are located in the province of South Sulawesi, which include Sengkang Gas Field and Sengkang Power Plant. Its Australia projects include a number of gas fields, including 8 MW Alice Springs power plant and Alice Springs LNG plant. It owns and operates a 315 MW combined-cycle power plant in South Sulawesi, Indonesia.
