BetaShares Australian Financials Sector ETF (ASX:QFN) $17.55

The QFN ETF provides broad exposure to Australian financials, although the Big Four banks still dominate at around 80% of the portfolio, followed by insurers at roughly 10% – note it has a high 0.34% management fee for what it is. After trading largely sideways over the past year and sitting around 10% below its 2025 high, QFN is becoming more attractive following the banks’ recent pullback, but with earnings, bad debts, regulation and credit growth likely to drive significant dispersion across the sector, we aren’t getting too carried away across a sector that’s still expensive when compared to its global peers.

  • We can see the QFN ETF testing the $19 area in the second half of 2026, but we aren’t anticipating an aggressive rerating.
QFN
MM is cautiously bullish towards the QFN ETF around $17.50
