Business Summary

Astron Pty Ltd, formerly Astron Limited, is an Australia-based mining and processing company. The Company is engaged in mineral sand processing, technology and downstream product development, as well as the marketing and sale of zircon and titania products. Its projects include Donald Mineral Sands Project and Niafarang Mineral Sands Project. The Donald Mineral Sands Project is located in regional Victoria and encompasses a total tenement area of approximately 426 square kilometers (km2). It has a total mineral resource of approximately 5.7 billion tons of ore and consists of two deposits, Donald and Jackson. The Niafarang Mineral Sands Project is located within an exploration zone covering an area of approximately 397 km2 along a 75 kilometer (km) stretch of the Casamance coast of Senegal, West Africa.
